Meera happily shows govt contract to Uma and says she get whatever she wants. Uma says he knows it well and it is actually govt officer’s win who made Meera Mittal run from pillar to post and made her realize that she came late. He signs contract papers and says he has to meet govt officer who dared to defeat Meera.

Saras gives documents to Kanak saying her office peon gave it. Kanak sees contract with Uma and Meera’s photos and thinks if she signs this contract, she has to meet Uma again, but she has to think about innocent people whose life will be saved. She fixes her photo next to theirs and signs. Saras asks if she did not forget daadusa/Uma yet. Kanak says Uma is her past and nothing else and says because of her, whole family including Bhabho hates Saras

and apologizes Saras. Saras says Kanak can at least apologize her, but she cannot even apologize after her dadusa’s heinous act of marrying another woman and betraying Kanak.
